At the Brit Hotel Le Relais d’Issenheim, enjoy a gourmet breakfast buffet to start your day off right. It is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, to fit the rhythm of your stay in Alsace.

As for beverages, you’ll find coffee, hot chocolate, tea, as well as fruit juices such as orange juice and apple juice. The buffet also features a selection of baked goods, including baguettes, multigrain bread, croissants, and chocolate croissants, not to mention sweet treats like brioche, yogurt cake, and chocolate cake. For those who prefer a more substantial breakfast, the spread also includes jams, honey, spreads, fresh fruit, fruit salad, cottage cheese, cereal, dried fruit, and nuts. A selection of savory items rounds out the spread with cooked ham, cured ham, sausage, Emmental, fresh goat cheese, Camembert, Comté, and even Munster, adding a much-appreciated local touch to your morning.
